1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using nexStream you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. The Application

nexStream is a media player application for Android devices. It allows users to play video streams from IPTV providers using M3U playlists or Xtream Codes connections. nexStream does not provide, host, or distribute any video content. All content is provided by third-party IPTV services chosen by the user.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any IPTV service you connect to nexStream is lawfully authorised. You must not use nexStream to access or stream copyrighted content without proper authorisation from the rights holder. We accept no responsibility for how you use the application or the content you choose to access.

4. Licence

Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use nexStream on the number of devices specified in your plan. Lifetime licences grant perpetual access to the version of the app at the time of purchase and all future updates. Annual licences are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be renewed to continue access to premium features.

5. Device Limits

Your licence is limited to the number of devices specified in your plan. You may manage your registered devices through the nexStream website. Sharing licence keys with others is not permitted.

6. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial, a paid licence is required to continue using premium features.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all purchases. If you are unsatisfied with nexStream, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

8. Availability

We aim to keep nexStream available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

nexStream is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the application, including but not limited to data loss, device damage or content inaccessibility.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
